Raising a Support Case to Westcoast Cloud Service Desk
There are 3 methods into raising a Support Case:
- Email: email@example.com
- Phone: 0333 003 1703 (24*7*365)
- Raise it via the Knowledgebase (as a signed in user only): www.wchelpcentre.co.uk
Please note: HIGH priority cases can ONLY be raised via Phone Call
